Depression Therapy

Depression has a way of making everything feel flat, heavy, or pointless — and then convincing us that this is just how things are. It's not.

Depression is a real, treatable condition. And with the right support, things genuinely can get better. I work with you one-on-one — getting to know what depression looks like for you specifically, and building a treatment plan around that.

What You Might Be Experiencing

• Persistent sadness, emptiness, or numbness

• Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy

• Exhaustion even after rest

• Difficulty concentrating or making decisions

• Feelings of worthlessness or hopelessness

• Changes in sleep or appetite

• Withdrawing from people you care about

Faith and Depression

If you're a person of faith, depression can stir up hard questions — about God, about yourself, about why you feel the way you do. I'm comfortable sitting with those questions alongside you and weaving your faith into the healing process in a way that actually helps.
